These are for the fly fishers who want a fly-fishing lifestyle or those
who just want to be surrounded by pristine mountains, rivers, and quaint villages.
Homesites are ready for construction, with pre-approved sewer and driveways. Underground utilities, phone and cable lines ensure a pristine view.
Winter snowplowing, security, and maintenance options are also available
to simplify life, as is the heated pool.
Strategically placed “green belts” and a 3-acre private trout pond
also ensure privacy and openness not found in your typical development, while
protecting the natural beauty of the Delaware River Preserve.
When you purchase a lot, you also become
a member of the Delaware River Club, giving you a reciprocal ‘free’ membership
to the exclusive ‘Park Avenue Club’, valued at $3,000.00. Along with this, a two year membership to the
pool complex at the DRC ($1800 value), and a free campsite at the Delaware
River Club for the next two years will also be included. A good way to enjoy our great facility prior
to building your home. Since we’ve started providing home sites for the fly
fisher and nature lover, we’ve sold 16 building lots to fly fishers; four
already have beautiful homes built on them.
